Cross-border e-commerce operation
1. Responsible for the establishment, overall operation, maintenance and management of the company's cross-border e-commerce platform (amazon, ebay, etc.);
2. Follow up the market conditions, analyze product market operations, select products, and formulate sales strategies;
3. Responsible for product description copywriting, product release, integration of related resources, formulation of brand promotion plans and promotion activities;
4. Responsible for maintaining the overall operating status of the account; maintaining the store’s favorable rating and good credit;
5. Responsible for regular statistics of sales, inventory, RMA data, do inventory evaluation and maintain a good inventory turnover rate;
6. Responsible for the management, update and maintenance of logistics channels (direct mail/FBA);
7. Building, management and training of Amazon sales team.
